Create a Prestashop Module

Subscription Module required as follows Subsrcription Module developed for my Prestashop with the following features 1) Enable monthly subscription using Direct debit and Paypal options (front office and back office) 2) Allow front office user to decided between subscriptions offered (as created by admin) 3) admin must be allowed to edit a subscription on the fly when client is in front of admin "Taylored subscription" 4) Payment will be taken 1st each month with postage of product with in 5 days from payment. 5) Once payment is taken Client will recieve email stating payment is successfull and a detail of products being posted. 6) allow client to swap a product in same catagory or same value. Probaly the best way to do this is to auto Populate a shopping cart. 7) Subscription must be for 12 months followed by rolling payments and allow front office cancellations to be authorised by admin 8)Value of shopping cart must also add to loyalty point accumulated by customer. 9) Back office must show details of subscribers, who, length of subscription, Items changed, projected income for year etc etc 10) email sent to admin 1st every month of all products to be sent. who to, address, cart value, paid confirmation and points earnt. 11) On top of clients being able to check out for one off purchase they get opportunity to subscribe (with discount) On top of this I am looking for 1) 3 months support after completion and integration of the module included in the bid should there be any bugs. 2) ideas how to make this project better along with making the module very easy to use 3) the module will be mine and not to be used by the developer without my prior permission. 4) Before any work is commenced I require a details description of what work will be done and exactlt what the module will be able to do.
