Add 3 products to Magento shop (including custom options)

Hi everyone, I've got 3 products that need to be entered into an existing Magento shop that have some pretty extensive custom options. – Product 1 (178 drop-down options with 10 'rows' per option) – Product 2 (178 drop-down options with 20 'rows' per option) – Product 3 (178 drop-down options with 20 'rows' per option) These are basically bottles in different sizes (e.g. 50ml, 100ml, 200ml) that you can choose to add certain things to (e.g. 5ml of this option, 10ml of this option, etc). If this can be automatically imported through a CSV file or something that would be pretty easy, but not sure if that is possible? Cheers
