Demand hostway company

I want to demand on laws courts the [login to view URL] site because i have a domain and the company do not allow me to renew it before the domain expire i renew it at my sitecontrol and the system says "sucessfull renewed" and then an email get on my account email inbox with the denial of renew it, i have more than 10 day with this problem, im a host provider and the domain of one of my customer have 25 emails @thedomain and the company are losse money because the emails are no working cause hostway dont to renew my domain.. im very angry.. i call the 01800 tool and nobody answer the phone.. since 3 days ago some support staff reply me and says the issue will be fix but i still have the domain down and my customer lossing money and time !!! see the images i need a internet USA lawyer to help to demand the company and make them pay for damages that are occasioned !! i think by the damage we make them pay a considerable amount of money... or tell me what i need to do? the support staff no longer reply my request.... s.o.s
