I need a image/map of the world, that when people mouse over it, comments pop up interactively. This map/image also needs to be responsive so that it works on a mobile device and ipad. You can see what I mean by going to the website in the [login to view URL] file attached - there you can see the map/image with the comments, but it is not interactive. You need to take that idea, but NOT that image, and you need to make a new image with blue and red colourings and have comments pop up that I am going to list in the [login to view URL] file. Please add the comments via some map file or javascript file so that I can add more later as required. The budget for this project is $30 AUD The time allowed for this project is 2 days.
