Creating ecommerce website design integrating an Editor Designer in HTML5 for clothes

I want an ecommerce website with design integrating an editor in HTML5 for clothes personalized by design. The platform will host will be WP /WOOCommerce, recommendable. Visitor can buy ready-made products from their website OR customize it to using a HTML5 Tool Designer ( not Flash) from a template ( blanc, white apparel) provided by the site. eStore products (already exposed in site) will be made by other users who will own quality status Designers (Designers in collaboration scheme) You can create these website from scratch or by adapting to something you've already done ! This is a startup. If the project works as they wish, collaborating with you it is a long time. Basically there are two categories of users of the site: 1. Customers are users (Endusers) of the site that will buy products made by others (Designers) and listed on the site (classic store section). Or made by them (SelfDesigner, Create Your Own Design, DIY)) using the editor. 2. Who made design (already registered and authorized by the site) and posts to the site (Designers) Managing the flow of products and end-users (Enduser) and by Designers through each interface is specific to each category. Need Image processing, masking, disstresed, and others This module of Designer Tool will achieve personalize the product and export products in the online store by Designers (after being approved design by Admin) Or be placed in temporary / final basket by EndUsers (same, after being approved design by Admin) The basic Designer Tools/functions: - Work in layers - Undo, redo, flip (mirror), Delete, Masking -Colours. When choosing colors to be displaying a range of colors and/or a color palette. Picker. -Drag and drop images/vectors - Group/ Ungroup more element not only single element Duplicate/multiply function, flip, to apply for a group of elements, not only one element ! I.e. if realized a partial design (PartialDesign) (eg two svg elements, a brush, and a free drawing) so he can easily replicate as a whole. Ipad want to work and therefore want in HTML5 but do not exclude other options which works on iOS.
