Directory Web scraper

I need to scrap data from a Directory website. I provide you the web page master URL after assignement -PHASE 1- 1.- Using a crawling and parsing headless framework library, navigate to "Master URL". There are and extract the URLs and links text (City) from one certain Province. 2-Save to Excel sheet (sCITY) the extracted info: ID (autonumber), Province, CityURL -PHASE 2- 3.- Check in the sCITY Excel sheet to know where we finished the last session. 4.- Browse to each of the unextracted CityURLs of sCITY sheet Excel file. In each URLs navigated page, there are Categories we need to save to excell and then navigate to each category to extract pages with records with the info of each client. Extract and parse the info in the 9 fields: Name, Address, [login to view URL], City, Province, Tf, eMail, Website, Description, URLClient; Save the info in the sINFO Excel sheet. Save "Yes" to "Extracted" champ on sURLS excel sheet. This prevent the next session this URL will be extracted. Navigate the next page. -PHASE 3- 4.-Navigate to each URLClient to extract the eMails. Save it to sINFO excel sheet. _____________________________________ -Tech Notes- 1.- Project using Eclipse (recommended) or any other Java IDE interface development. Suggestions welcomed. 2. Use a headless library to crawl and scrap. Suggestions are accepted. 3. Use library-read/write to Excel. Suggestions welcome. 5. Design options to use navi-Proxies 6.
