Bring customers & sales for this web design website

I need some new customers as well as real visitors traffic to a new web design business. It's a low cost web design service so the price is pretty low and it's easy to sell. You will be paid upon each sales made via your introduction or referral. 10% commission on each sales and we have 3 plans. You will earn USD18 / USD26 / USD39 per sale. You must be able to conduct the following activities to get leads/customers: - Cold calling - Direct email - Blogging/Writing articles (not necessary but a plus if you can) - Gather information from the customers - Work with relevant webmaster and bloggers to promote the website I DO NOT TOLERATE MASSIVE SPAMMING / UNSOLICITED BULK EMAILING. Leads gathering has to be manual and the target audience must be relevant and potential customer. If you are able to get at least 3 sales per month, I'll pay you with a monthly basic USD150. For each 10 sales you make, I'll pay USD350 as your bonus. So if you made 30 sales for the highest plan, you will get USD2220. As a start, you will only be paid once your sales is confirmed, there will be no fixed pay until you reach 3 sales per month.
