Quality Link Builders Required.

Hi, We are a digital agency looking to form a long lasting relationship with quality link builders who will be responsible for 50-100 websites. Candidate Criteria: Link builder should be experienced. Must know how to check that links are good. Please do not bid if you have limited link building experience. Good results will mean ongoing business for you. We will provide you with Key Phrases to be used as anchor text. Links MUST NOT be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Black hat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Requirements. Requirements: • The backlinks MUST be permanent, one-way backlinks. • The successfull candidate will be responsible at first for the link building of 50 different websites. Each website will require between 2-10 QUALITY links per month created. • All linking websites must be English only. At least 20-30% of linking websites must be .[login to view URL] • Backlinks on URLs should be active right away and we expect them to be picked up in search engines within few days. • Minimum Google Page Rank 3+ backlinks. However, this must be a GENUINE PR 3. We will also use Citation Flow and Trust Flow to evaluate the trust ranking of the page you leave the link so if you use a fake PR or if a page has a CF and TF of 0 the link will be rejected. • Blog Comments will be accepted however they must not be left on auto-approved blogs. The blog must have an OBL of less than 40 and it must be a blog that is moderated i.e Not a blog that you can sign up for and leave a comment and that your comment has passed moderation i.e It's a quality post. • No links from directories • All backlinks must be DO FOLLOW. Links found to have “rel=nofollow” attribute will not be counted. • One link per website/domain counted • Links must be in HTML with no other language controls or redirects. • Links must be text and not graphic links. • All links must be one-way non-reciprocal links. • We reserve the right to refuse links that we deem unsuitable. • Links MUST be from sites relevant to the industry of our website and online shopping sites. • Google guidelines for building links must be followed. • Absolutely NO links from websites with a google penalty or google ban. Website Types we DO NOT want links from: • Ping Sites • Link Farms • Directory Sites • Article Directories/Submission sites • Under Construction sites or Parked Domains • Torrent Sites • Gambling Sites • Adult Sites • Hacking Sites • Hate Sites • Forums • Guestbooks • Classifieds • link exchange programs • Pharmacy sites • Sites with intrusive advertising such as popups or popunder advertising • Sites containing malware or malicious scripts • No pages with more than 100 external links on them The following types of links are NOT accepted: -No Forums home / footer / in links. -No Social bookmarking / Network Sites. -No Classifieds and FFA networks. -No Dropped domains related websites / Blogs Links. -No Link brokerage networks links (6 month, 1 year contract links). -No any unethically received link. -No Pages blocked by robots.txt. -No classified ads. -No dynamic links. -No sponsored links. -No subdomains, back links must be on a www. You will need to provide the following information accurately in an Excel spreadsheet: • Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink) • Link destination exact URL • Site Name • Site Type (theme) • Google Page Rank • Anchor text used for the link • Date link was created The spreadsheet must be supplied and we must be allowed to check all links (2 business days) before payment is made. All links will also be checked over the duration of the link guarantee and any broken links must be replaced or refunded within 7 days of reporting the broken link to you. We are flexible and open to negotiating some of the requirements, but will first evaluate your ideas, and proposal before committing to our terms stated here.
