Link Building - RE - POSTED

Unfortunatly this has had to be re-posted as the last Freelancer who won the project has gone AWOL.. Just after I released a milestone payment to him. Funny how that happens. I am looking for someone to build some quality links back to my site. I have done some onsite optimisation and for certain key words we are ranking 3/4 on google. i now think that some quality relevant back links will help us achieve a position one or two. I am looking for someone to create quality links to different pages on our site utilising a number of keywords that I will provide. Budget is key to this because we have used a link building company before and it cost us financialy alot and returned not even one PR1 link. I would like you to show some previous work that you have done and show an example of some websites that you will post you links from. i would like each link to: 1)come from a PR4 or higher page, NOT website! 2)be a one way back link from a website that are indexed and cached by google 3)be visable by spiderbots 4)be manually submitted 5)come from a seperate domain name. 1 per each domain. 6)come from relevant websites (body piercing & short courses) 7)come from a website that is not penalised by google such as porn and drugs etc 8)Come from different Class-C IP addresses 9)be permanent 10)to be placed using only white hat SEO techniques 11)come from .com or .[login to view URL] websites. Others only if agreed by myself. I would NOT like back links to 1) be on pages which appear hidden by spider bots or use no-follow tag lines or are cloaked 2)to be reciprocal 3) be placed on mirror sites, link farms, spam sites, orphaned link pages, cloaking, 301 redirects, FFA pages, or framed pages 4)be place on subscription site with recuring payments 5)be from NOT black hat methods Important *The PageRank value must be transferred to my designated webpage* I would like at least 2 PR9 Back links if possible and the more PR6+ links the better. TERMS: 1)I require an example website/page that you will post my link to, when you bid for the project in the first message so please do your homework. 2)All links will be passed by myself after and posted at a rate of no more than 5 links per day 3)you will provide me with an exact URL of the web page containing the link. 4)this project is a one of payment and no recuring payments shall be made to maintain the Links. 5)the links will stay in place (be permanent) after the project has finished. 6)in your offer I would like you to provide me with a number of back links you can provide and what page ranks you can get. 7)I would also like a price and time scale for this. 8) Payment will be by ammount of links at intervals through out the project. 9)the project will not go on longer than 30 days If the service goes well I will write a review and I also have 2 other websites that will need to be optimised. please quote "fairydust" in you message so that I know you have read this throughout and are serious about the job.
