Targetted Email Marketing and Database creation - India

Phase 1 1. I want to build a database of all sellers who are dealers / sellers / service centers /fleet owners for commercial vehicles of leading brands and manuafcturers in INDIA. You will need to build an address and email database of businesses who sell or service commercial vehicles like (but not limited to) Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Volvo, Eicher VE Motors, Bharat Benz, Man, Toyota, Mahindra, Renault, Fiat, Suzuki Motor etc. Commercial vehicles includes trucks, pickups, buses and cabs. 2. The database will need to be categorised with Trucks, Trailers, Buses, Cold Chain or Refrigerated vehicles, Taxcab etc. You will first provide a list of manufacturers and categories before you actually start collating data. 3. The succesful bidder will need to search the internet for lists in India from the websites of the manufacturer, fleet owners, logistics and transport companies. 4. Data must include above categories, address, phone numbers, emails etc. and be stored in an excel / database format, ready to be uploaded to software for use in marketing. 5. The expectation for this project is to acquire data for the top ten in each category - Example: Top Ten truck manufacturers in India. The data would include all the published addresses of each of the DEALERS / RESELLERS / SERVICE centers of each manufacturer. 6. Data would be submitted for approval and use. Phase 2 1. Email marketing implementation - Design and email teasers to generate leads for our Fleet Management and Vehicle Tracking Solutions in India. You would typically need to make one email newsletter for each category. We will provide basic information, logos, customer names and some content. 2. You would provide a list of leads generated for further telephonic / face to face customer calls (your scope is to only provide the leads)
