Hello, I have put the images together to make a run sprite. I can show you now if you like I am a games animator working for a mobile games company. I do sprites everyday. I'm assuming the 3 characters are standard raster images? I can cut out each body part from the image and then arrange them multiple times for the different frames, and then export each frame as a png. I can also export each body part as a separate image, so it would be easy to modify or add new animations later using 2D skeletal animation software like Spine.
