Description: We are seeking a skilled web developer or development team to build a subscription-based janitorial bid management and walkthrough calculator web application. This application will enable janitorial service providers to create detailed bids, manage clients, and calculate service costs effectively. Key Features: Client Dashboard: A secure, personalized dashboard for each client, enabling them to create, view, manage, and store janitorial bids. Multi-step Bid Creation: A step-by-step process that gathers information about bids, customer details, building information, work loading and pricing, specialty work, and supply sales, culminating in a final proposal generation. Walkthrough Form/Calculator: A dynamic form that calculates cleaning times based on user input, with options for room type and quantity adjustments using plus/minus toggles. Capability to switch between time-based calculation (hours per day) and area-based calculation (SQ FT). Customizable pre-set cleaning times for various room types. Real-time updating of total cleaning minutes and costs, with a bottom summary displaying total daily and monthly cleaning times, material, labor, miscellaneous costs, and final chargeable amount. Options to save, edit, and duplicate forms for efficiency. Subscription Service Integration: Implementation of a subscription model with login functionality and access to various features based on the subscription level. Export Functionality: Ability to export bids and calculator summaries to PDF and other formats. Technical Requirements: Robust back-end logic to support complex calculations and data management. Responsive and intuitive front-end design for an excellent user experience. Secure user authentication and data encryption to protect client information. Application should be scalable and capable of handling multiple users simultaneously. Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with our team to understand our requirements and workflows. Design and develop the web application from the ground up, including both the front-end UI and back-end server logic. Implement a subscription system with different access levels. Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness. Provide documentation and support for future maintenance or upgrades. Deliverables: A fully functional web application hosted on our preferred platform. Source code and ownership rights upon project completion. Technical documentation for maintenance and updates.
