German / English Speaking Customer Success Support Specialist Work from home role with training in London, either in person or virtually. All training paid for (travel expenses not paid for though if you wanted to go to London) This is working for a big name client within the field, working with major international corporations. This is one of many new roles created as a result. Guide is 20 hours a week, but this is contract work - the hours are not guaranteed, but this is a good guide. The Customer Success Support Specialist assists with the setup, execution, and coordination of webcasts, webinars and virtual events. This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual who is comfortable interfacing with clients under fast-paced, time-critical situations and has excellent troubleshooting abilities. Customer service skills and keen understanding of technology are critical components of this position. Responsibilities • Use our bespoke, unique and patented virtual product suite to set up webcast and virtual event elements such as registration pages, emails, content, locations, surveys, archives and other event elements • Coordinate with Event Managers to manage the delivery of key event related elements • Perform event-related tasks, such as conference bridge scheduling, work order processing, data input, answering event audience member inquiries, location design edits and custom reports generation • Work in a client facing capacity to provide live webcast & virtual show monitoring and platform training • Perform other webcast and virtual event related activities as necessary Requirements • Ability to communicate effectively • An interest in learning about virtual events technologies and services • Strong technical skills and some knowledge of HTML and/or CSS • Well organized and able to provide high-quality work 100% of the time • Flexible working times, typically between 8-6pm to German time, some overlap with BST time from time to time. • Sense of urgency to provide a rapid response to client requests • Integrity, creativity, high standards, persistence, and achievement oriented • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office suite

Hello, My name is Gabriel. I have been helping to set up conferencing hardware and software both in person and remotely for several years. I have experience helping non IT staff get IT tasks done with minimum level of stress. I speak fluent Russian, Polish and English, my French got a bit rusty since I haven't used it in 15 years, but I'm sure I can get it back to a satisfactory level once I get some French speakers to practice with.
