Help me with Internet Marketing for selling commercial real estate

A REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER is looking for a MARKETING PROFESSIONAL preferably WITH GREAT EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE MARKETING to run an EMAIL CAMPAIGN as well as SOCIAL/DIGITAL Media MARKETING CAMPAIGN for selling and leasing of Commercial Real Estate properties. The goal is to sell 3 Commercial properties, Land in Mexico and a TROPHY apartment on Fifth avenue as well as lease two commercial properties. In additional to Campaign managing, experience in a combination of any of the the below is preferred Campaign will include: 1. Research and Marketing Planning 2. Finding Email List and running EMAIL CAMPAIGN 3. Social-media/ Digital Marketing 4. Website / Landing-Pages Design (templates) and HTML 5. POSTINGS ON Websites 6. Creative writing and Design (BIG PLUS. . .) 7. Cold calling 8. International markets reach out 9 Print advertising 10. Other creative ideas This project will last for 4 to 6 months with potential for more. It also provides the possibility for creating a marketing business specific to commercial real estate (much needed) and developing great contacts for future projects. It will be a creative process, allot of fun and a great experiential learning experience. Location is on Fifth Avenue NYC Compensation will be mainly by measured performance.
