Assist in Developing a SharePoint List Application

I have developed a concept for a SharePoint List application that requires deployment of an SP list within the app web that leverages jQuery plugins and custom XSL to output the list data in a stylized way. I am comfortable with tweaking jQuery, but pulling all of the resources together (especially using the new SP2013 app model) is new to me. I believe I know all of the working pieces in this application and would just need someone familiar with the app model to assist in pulling everything together to ensure this app can deploy and function correctly. My budget is VERY limited, but since I envision this being deployed to the Office App store, I could offer a percentage of the sales revenue (if the app sells).
