The NZ Speech Academy logo set - yet again. Looking for a PROFESSIONAL. Please read the ENTIRE description BEFORE applying

I'm EXTREMELY sick of dealing with amateurs on this site. Please note that you MUST be prepared to follow instructions accurately and within time limits. There will be a deadline. There is a requirement to speak, read and write english fluently. The job is to take the elements I will give you and combine them in a way that will represent our company for the foreseeable future. The result should be both in vector and high res BMP/TIFF . There will be a set of logos and more work will follow IF your work is of the highest standard. DO NOT apply unless you are capable and willing to follow a brief. Unfortunately I have discovered to my disappointment that ALL the India, pakistan and SriLanka based designers have not been up to standard. Hence please do NOT apply UNLESS you can FULLY understand English AND be prepared to show you have the capability. The brief is to use the black and white fern to replace the black arms on the logo given. The ferns should come out of the bottom tapered end of the lines. (Like a growth). The fern should follow the path that the black arms take now and be lifted out from the page.. maybe a drop shadow. The red "head" should be 3 dimensional purple like a ball. The hex code MUST be #660099. The same purple is used for the grey area. This will have a small black border and NOT be 3 dimensional. The arms legs and head should stand out from the large circle. The large circle, in purple is to be made into a round crest. This will have 4 quarters outlined by a thin black line. The crest should look like it's made from purple satin. In each quarter there will be a small graphic supplied by me. This circle is "underneath" the rest of the graphic. OK... thats the tough stuff... now the good.... you must be creative... and if so your work will be acknowledged and advertised.
