I need a T- shirt designer for my teespring works

Hi there, My name is Emily and probably, I want to hire you :) I'm looking for a friendly and positive designer to work with us by creating 3-4 amazing quality designs that can sell (meaning - design quality has to be really good) every day in approximately 5 hours. You have to speak fluently English and be able to design 3-4 designs for me every day and work fast. You have to understand what people love to wear and design according to that (I will give you instructions, of course, but common sense is needed) Past experience making designs for Teespring/Gearbubble (shirts, mugs, necklaces, canvas, etc) is needed too so we are on the same page and both know what we are talking about. :) Designs can be made in unlimited colors, but sometimes less is more, right? I will pay for your skills and the quality. You will be expected to take that idea and run with it - you will have creative control to make it a cool design that the marketplace wants to buy. CRITERIA: - We are looking for 10 - 20 t-shirt designs per week on a consistent basis. This could be a long term relationship with one designer, or multiple designers if needed. Please specify in your cover how many designs you are able to produce on a consistent basis. - Payment will be $3 per t-shirt design and payment can be sent every week, after each weekly batch is completed. - Should be comfortable with Google Drive and Google Sheets. You will be uploading your designs (both .PSD and .PNG versions) to your own folder on Google Drive. We also use a Google Spreadsheet to list all of our ideas for designs and you will be expected to mark your progress for each design on the sheet. This sheet will also be used for communicating any revisions on previously designed work. - All designs MUST be completely original work. Even very similar designs will NOT be accepted.
