Home Page re-design

We are looking for a graphic designer that can re-design our home page for our wordpress site....www.mybridalpix.com. This will most likely lead to more pages being tweaked or redesigned but we'll start with the home page. Home page design needs to be full width modern looking design. Our site needs to convey two major messages up front. You can find a photographer on our site and you can make an album. I like the idea of a slider at top but we need to have overlaying copy on the images to convey the message about what our site is about. Header, footer navigation,etc...everything needs to have a new modern up to date look. Our site has a job posting board, a photographer directory and book making software to make wedding albums, boudoir books, guest books, honeymoon books, etc. There should be links from the home page to these types of books..( lined pages will be created). Our target market is engaged couples looking for wedding photographes ... and we are also after post wedding market for brides looking to make a wedding album. Both need to have equal billing in the home page design. We are converting website pages to inculde Visual Composer so that will be easier to manage and update. If you are familiar with this, please be sure to mention it. I will provide competitors websites so that you can see how to keep our page competitive. I prefer to work with someone US based or someone with very strong english skills.
