I'm looking to build a website where users can register with a username, upload information about a client such as Name, Address, Phone Number, Description etc, including uploading/attaching pictures to the clients name and be able to query that information in a pagination type format. Not really looking for a forum based website. More of an Admin style HTML template. Also, a chat based plugin where users online can chat is a must. This project is for a group of Petrol Station owners, where they can register and upload information about clients with outstanding credit debt, in order to protect ourselves from approving credit to any new potential delinquent customers.
