Data Entry Clerk

We have an immediate need for Data Entry Operators. This opportunity begins immediately with multiple shifts available for full time positions. Multiple openings available. Position Purpose: Performs the data entry function to update automated records; verifies accuracy of work. Essential Job Functions: Keys data from source documents in a timely and efficient manner in accordance to company procedures and documented productivity standards Performs acceptable volume of work in timely, efficient and accurate manner Performs duties in accordance with priorities assigned by supervisor or production manager Performs data verification duties as required Keys correcting entries as indicated by verification or other warning Communicates with supervisor and control room operator over various technical issues Demonstrates high levels of safety awareness and notifies supervisor of potential hazards Follows the security and privacy policies, standards and guidelines in order to protect the informational assets of both the company and their customers May operate peripheral equipment May assist in development of production formats and keying procedures May assist with new data entry personnel Performs other duties as required Qualifications for Position: H.S. diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write and speak English Previous experience with data entry; 8,500 - 10,000 kph Ability to use a PC, Mouse and Keyboard Multiple shifts available Monday thru Friday. Full Time start times of 6:00am, 8:00am, and 1:30 pm available. Criminal background check and drug screen required. This exciting opportunity begins immediately.
