Customize Wordpress theme for Real -estate

Hello, I've purchased this theme for client, [login to view URL] but want more customization on it, In general it's property & real estate site with membership registration & packages ( Free & Paid ) More details things to include: • Add report system ( user can report any post, so the admin will get notification about this report) • Add “back to search results feature” from current post • Add “ Filtration System for URLs & mobile phone numbers" ( Users not allowed to submit posts with mobile numbers & external URLS • Advance control on Memberships like number of images uploaded on daily basis, & default user not allowed to show full contact details • Show phone number on-click • Auto-fill system for logged in users in contact form ( when you try to contact an agent by the form, the name & email field should be auto-filled automatically. • Water Mark system for uploaded images by users • Set-up WPML to make site in 2 languages (English & Arabic) (I've licence for WPML) • submit property system will be like [login to view URL] ( each property has it's own submit form fields, ex villa is different than farm fields • properties posts should be expired after specified time for free users & can retrieve it after amount of time. • Drop-down menu for city then for area • Register & Login integration with Social Media • Integration for SMS verification ( verify registers by SMS) • Control on images allowed number & dimensional size & disk size • Limit daily uploaded properties ex 5 max per day for free membership & 10 for paid...
