Customize existing ERP

Please note that this is a Python project. We want to offer an existing open source ERP as a commercial product but need to add the following custom features: - forms and search function to post freelance projects and hire freelancers: We need a form that the freelancer will complete to show their skills and experience, another form for the client to outline the project and skills required, a way for freelancers to search the projects and apply for projects, a feature allowing the client and freelancer to review each other. The ERP already has registration, user panel, user profile, project management, messaging, payment system, etc so we only need these forms, the search function, the review feature. - we need the ERP setup in a way where our customer will receive their own instance of the entire ERP in the cloud (on our server) and pay us a recurring monthly subscription (the existing project management module will be provided free and the other existing modules will be provided for a monthly fee). - We want to allow new customers to sign on with FB, Twitter, Linkedin or Google. - We need the customer to be able to post to their own FB and Twitter accounts from the ERP. We need significantly more work than the small number of items above over time. We want to create a good relationship with 1 (or more) highly skilled python developers in order to do a lot more work on this project for a long time.
