Classified Portal - Only HTML(including responsive)

I am planning to create a classified ads portal and for that I need someone who can design web pages for me. I am looking for someone who is creative enough to design unique pages for me and not just copy from existing classified websites. So this is what I need: 1. Home Page - This page will have following html elements: a) Logo on the top left, Login/Register links on the right. My account drop down on the right (once user has either logged in or register) b) Top Nav - This top nav will have a box for keywords search, location drop down to select user's location and Search button. c) Categories List with Icons for different categories like Vehicles, Mobile, Real estate etc d) Footer - Standard footer with few hyperlinks placed in columns and Facebook/twitter icons 2. Search Listing Page - This is the results page with results shown in both List and Grid style. Filters on the left and results on the right. Standard sort drop down and icons for list/grid selection. Pagination for results. 3. Ad Detail Page - This page shows the details of the ad. Photos of the listed item, description about the item being posted. Seller details section on the right and Contact seller form. 4. Ad submission Page - Form to submit the ad. This page will have Category drop down to choose category, Pictures for the items and other details about the item that user wish to post. 5. User profile page - User can see their Name, Email and can even change their password. 6. My ads page - this page lists all the ads that user has posted. I can think of a table that has all the ads listed and one of the columns of this table will have links to edit ad, mark as sold and remove ad. 7. My Messages page - This page lists all the messages that have been exchanged b/w seller and buyer. 8. Login Page - Login using Facebook details or email and password. 9. Registration Page - Email, password, confirm password, location, profession etc I am looking to have bootstrap api for building form elements and each page has to be responsive as well.
