Build a Website -- Horse Racing

NOTE: Please be sure to put something directly relevant to my project in your proposal so that I know you are a real person. I will not deal with people who offer any form of automated responses. As part of this project I will also require logo design as well as a custom graphics package. I do not want reused artwork from past projects or other websites. All original artwork must be provided in .psd and/or .ai format for future use. <RANT> Also, as I have already been through this process once I want to make this clear. Do NOT make "PLACEHOLDER" bids. I will report anyone who does this as it against the site policy. I selected a freelancer who decided at the last minute to drop this bombshell on me that they wanted to charge me double my budget. I spent HOURS talking with them and lost many other good freelancers along the way. Thus I had to repost my project. Tremendous waste of my time and theirs. Let's keep this really easy, if you can do the job within the budget place a bid. If you can't then don't. The budget is fixed. Bids over budget will be deleted upon arrival. </RANT> I need a website designed and built for my horse racing stable. I have horses for both breeding as well as racing purposes. I would like a website as well as social media presence for my horse racing business. The website should have sections for each aspect of the business. Please see the [login to view URL] below for a <i>proposed</i> menu list. Stallion and broodmare pages have special requirements which can be discussed with selected bidders. Paypal donations page should have fixed as well as user customizable donation amounts. I need it to be easy for photos to be uploaded and pages to be added, removed or modified. I would like to have a page for each horse, each with their own photo gallery. Page creation and photo uploads must be highly intuitive because non-technical staff will be responsible for maintaining the website. That is the reason I am looking for assistance with the building of an entire website as opposed to just simply installing wordpress/joomla. Thank you.
