HTML5 Video Player

Wanting a video player accessible via the web that shows random clips from videos that are stored on the server. The user has the ability to set a time delay between each video, and select the number of total random videos to be played - the page must be iPad compatible. At this point, I only need the pages and code to make this happen, I can upload to my server and edit the index to include a link on the main page to access the random video player. Example: Total of 5 video files are stored on the server. The Administrator has updated the list of available segments from each clip to be played. Something like: Video 1, Clip 1: 00:34 – 00:54; Video 1, Clip 2: 01:34 – 02:02; Video 2, Clip 1: 00:10 – 00:58; Etc… The user logs on, and sets the 2 preferences: Time between clips (30 seconds in the example) and number of segments (2 in the example). Then presses play. The player randomly chooses 2 segments from the total list available and plays them with a 30 second pause between the videos. Other Information: 1) Video files are stored on the server. 2) The file that list the video titles, and segments needs to be easy for me to review and update as more videos come available. 3) Does not need to be a fancy layout, just a blank screen with the player on it is fine. Although if it listed the file name being played, that would be a great bonus.
