Promotional flyer for jewlery company needed

We need a nice flyer design to promote our new VIP cards. The flyer should feature icons/text with hot foil stamping. We expect an exceptional and exclusive design for a jewelry company. Be sure to understand the "File Format" mentioned in detail below. I will provide logos, graphic & text once your bid is won. Format is a flyer (1 page front and back). I expect at least two mockup ups of this flyer with unlimited revisions of chosen design. ***Time sensitive*** I expect the project done on, or before, June 30 2012. ***Max. Budget*** is $50. If you can do lower, I will give your bid priority. ***File Format*** You have to provide finished files which we can directly be upload to the printer. It is essential that you read and understand the "[login to view URL]" attached to this project. If file is not readable by the printer for hot foil printing, you will not be payed. ***Rights & Files*** All rights for use and distribution will be in my name. Also all original files (i. e. .psd, .ai) have to be made available to me for changes that should occur in the future. ***Completion Time*** 48 hours for mockups suggestions. 48 further hours after selection is made, we expect finished files (see above) to be delivered. ***Payment Terms*** 100% Milestone downpayment will be provided on my part. 50% will be released once files are delivered. 50% will be released about 8 days after dilivery of files. This is to ensure that you provided files in correct format. I will release second payment once we received printed items from printing company.
