Design of thankyou card

we are a company that does commercial fitout and refurbishment and manufactures Commercial office furniture and also does some commercial building. what i am after is a thankyou card to give to our customers at the end of each year. it would only be fairly small, the size i would be wanting is 209mm x 150mm (this is the full size, but would be folded in half across the short edge) i have attached a PDF explaining a bit more how i want it to go, the message i want written is this: Thank you for your support, we appreciate your business From the team at Adaptive Interiors (then i want the adaptive interiors logo) then i want: just as a reminder, from 2013 onwards, we will be trading as adaptaspace. (then i'll want the adaptaspace logo) However, i will want the winner to submit at least 5 designs, for me to choose from, and then to have unlimited revisions from that. i just want to make sure too, that it is kept clean, simple and professional. We are a professional business and we want to keep that image. thanks
