WhatsApp Bulk Message Chrome Extension

I am looking for an experienced browser extension developer to create a Google Chrome extension specifically for WhatsApp messaging. Requirements: - The extension needs to offer the functionality of message send, as this is a critical aspect of the extension for my workflow. - The freelancer should have strong experience in creating extensions that work efficiently and effectively, particularly for messaging apps. Ideal Experience and Skills: - Experience with Chrome or other browser extension development. - Understanding of WhatsApp operations and functionalities. - Familiarity with use cases of bulk messaging. - Troubleshooting and testing skills to guarantee the full functionality of the extension. I need an extension like this "[login to view URL]", this HTML file "[login to view URL]" will pass an array with text and image in the background to an extension similar to this one, that is, the person will not leave the page it is on and will be executed via JavaScript. I will use javascript to pass the data "[login to view URL]" to the Google Chrome extension, to simulate just inspect the console. In some cases I will send an array with more than one element, so for each sending I need a delay of 8s, to avoid account problems. Regarding sending the message, I need to be able to send: text, image and action buttons (if possible) NOTE: 1. WhatsApp Web will already be synchronized on the local computer 2. This extension needs to run in the background without directing the user to another tab.
