LiDAR classification and tree crown delineation

We're looking for a GIS professional that has experience with LiDAR. Our dataset was obtained with a Riegll unit from a helicopter and is of a corridor of a few miles of a power line with encroaching vegetation. Specific work will include light reclassification of the data set to include vegetation that was missed, volume calculation of violating tree crowns near the lines, and a shape file including polygons of individual tree crown delineations, and a few attributes of each polygon such as distance to any conductors (ignoring telecom lines). A full spec sheet will be provided, but I think that's a good summary. We're not overly particular, but we understand that being specific is important in this kind of work. Unfortunately, a quick turnout time (a few days) is crucial here to meet out contractual obligation. Our usual specialist is has had to drop the project unexpectedly due to a family emergency. The good news is that this is a small data set and we know exactly what we want. Attached are images of the data set. The zoomed out image is approximately one third the extend of the project.
