simple flash animation - going down a ski slope

i require a flash animation that will show (from the 1st person - like doom etc) someone going down a ski slope. The animation doesnt have to be long and it will need to loop continously. I have attached a drawing of what the initial screen will look like and the image will then go down into the ski slope to the bottom. The idea is to show the advertising boards at the bottom of the slope. I have described this as more complicated than it seems i think. I am willing to pay around $50 for this - more if its worth it :)

I can do this in 3-d or in flash. However you choose will not affect the cost or quality. If done in 3-d it will be done nicely and textured to make it look as real as possible. Smooth animation with great camera work done to it as well. I specialize in short animations.
