CB Website Redesign

We are a very small CRM software company that has recently gone to market. We need to completely redesign our current website. Our main focus will be on creating online demos for our visitors and existing customers as an educational and learning tool. There will be 5 demos in total and we can provide the script and the camptasia video, but it will need polish and packaging. Creating a central marketing message is also key to this project. We haven't yet, come up with a theme to be carried throughout our site and a concise and comprehensive description of our product to quickly convey its benefits over other CRM software. We are in a very competitive market and need our site to stand out. Currently, we are using DotNetNuke for our website. We do like that it allows up to make quick edits, but also see the drawbacks with this kind of CMS tool. We are open to continuing to use a system like this, but we are not married to it. We are open to other suggestions, and we hope to only be making small maintenance edits after the redesign. SEO is also an important facet to this project. This is something that we have only recently begun working on and we want to optimize the entire sight in tandem with the new design preparation. As I mentioned before, the online demos are very important to us and experience with this kind of project is essential. One last thing, we do sell our software online as a download. Currently, we are using a packaged shopping cart software and will probably continue to use it. We would like to carry the new website theme over into the shopping cart, but may need the creators of the software to do this, so it is not our top priority at this time. We are hoping to begin ASAP and would like to be done in about 6 weeks. Please let me know if you have had any experience with software sites and online demos.
