By placing a bid on this advert you understand and agree to the following: 1. all files; artwork; images; design; code; software and/or any content ("Content") that has or will be created, that you are the original author or copyright owner and have the ability to assign full copyright or grant license to me for the purpose of this project. 2. that you will sign an agreement either a) for me to purchase full copyright or b) to grant license to myself for the ability to use the work for the purposes outlined in the project. (signature and ID required). Format of content: (Artwork - .psd), (Images - .TIFF), (Animations - .fla) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I am looking for different types of artwork; images; cliparts; backgrounds; small animations and the like for the purpose of a ‘value add’ service to my site. These items will be used to provide a ‘stock’ catalogue service and will NOT be sold on as individual pieces of work, but used by the customers of the site to help create their own designs. The work will be used as templates, backgrounds and/or additional insert/overlay art for users who wish to create there own designs from a range of stock images & animations within the site for the purpose of private, public or business display use. The items required would be part of a growing stockpile for users of the website, all contained within categorised directories. I have contracts in place that the users of the site cannot continue unless they agree to, so that any work used from the site is not to be sold on as individual pieces of work for their own benefit or profit as the copyright ownership stands with either the original author (you) or the site itself (me). This site is about allowing users to put together/create their own designs for posters / flyers / business cards etc. So if you have any work that is lying around collecting dust or just created, and you would like to make some money on, please send me a link to your portfolio or email/message me samples of what you wish me to see, so that we can come to an agreement on price either for single item or bulk buy. I am not looking for expensive stuff, more for bulk. This is an opportunity to sell or make money from work you have lying around. Each category listed below has many sub-categories, so I am looking at purchasing several pieces of work to begin with for each listing. Depending on price I am looking to purchase a minimum of 100 items many more if the work and price are reasonable. More work will come from those chosen anyway. Feel free to send me you samples within under those category headings. If you have nothing to show, or are not the original author or own the copyright to any work, then do not bid. Preference will go to those who present stuff in a categorised format and/or have work that can be easily merged together. Note: If you wish to create or categorise work for any of the above so that the backgrounds, clipart and animations form a structured basis (i.e. something someone could use for a birthday etc), then please discuss this in your bid.
