Description: I am launching a trauma-informed care workshop targeting employees from nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home healthcare, and social service sectors. This pilot workshop aims to test the market viability and gather participant feedback. I am looking for a marketing freelancer experienced in the healthcare or social services sectors to manage and execute the participant recruitment process. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a marketing and recruitment strategy. - Create and distribute marketing materials, including digital flyers, email campaigns, and other promotional content. - Set up and manage a simple landing page with registration functionality. - Direct outreach to potential participants and manage registrations. - Provide weekly updates on recruitment progress. Skills Required: - Proven marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or social services. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to create basic marketing materials and manage online content. - Experience with direct outreach and engagement strategies. Compensation: - Flat fee of $500 for the project duration. - Performance-based bonus of 20% per registrant based on a $39 registration fee. Project Duration: - The total project is expected to last about 6-9 weeks, with active recruitment planned for approximately 4-6 weeks. Additional Notes: - The goal is to break even with at least 16 participants but aiming for up to 96 to maximize outreach and impact. - This is a pilot project, and successful execution may lead to further collaboration on future workshops.
