Hello, I can create a straightforward C# desktop application for you that will import data from your excel files and store them for later use in the chart reports you desire. This software would actually limit the need for multiple Excel files since all data would be available in the program's database. If this is going to be used by multiple employees at once I will create an API interface so that every client has access to the same data in real time. This same application would allow you or your employees to enter data in manually (for instance the observation data from the example inspection report you provided) so that it to could be both viewed in a table format, displayed in a chart or exported to Excel/PDF. Control plans and standard operating procedures could also be stored in the database so that they can be viewed at any time. For this I envision storing drawings that are then displayed to the users as they need to view them, and this can be done in an interface that also displays the operating instructions.
