Find a local RECRUITER in Poland

Our company Westnor is doing business in Norway and Sweden. Our core activity is electrical installation work but we are actively boosting our second main business activity which is personnel rent services. So that is the reason why we are looking for a person in Poland who could be our local recruiter. We have been focusing so far for electricians but our new direction is to provide other real good specialists in their field to Norway and Sweden market. The requirements for the candidates is really good professional skills in their field and their own series interest to start working in one of the Scandinavian countries. Good knowledge in English language is important and in some professions the candidate has to be willing to learn the local language if necessary. Main responsibilities for the recruiter we are looking for: Find suitable specialists/candidates who are interested of going to work in Norway/Sweden Check candidates background (Googling, contact with former employers and co-workers) Job interviews and preferably use methods like D.I.S.C. or something similar. Check language abilities and if necessary organise language learning Examine potential candidates professional skills After You have chosen suitable candidate we (WESTNOR) will organise for the candidate all the necessary documentation and paperwork, transportation and accommodation. Salary We offer the commission fee approximately 1 €/h (commission fee depends slightly on candidates profession and salary) For example: You will find 1 suitable electrician, 1 kinderkarten teacher and 1 bus driver, they all work 160 hours per month, then you invoice us with 480€ per month.
