Hi Sr, I can assist you and help you in the ethernet switch design. In some recently projects I've made switches using the KSZ8997 and KSZ8895MQXCA of Micrel. In both designs I've implemented routing techniques of matching impedances and matching differential pairing to minimize the interferences and maintain the distortion in the accepted ranges.
