Competencies Talent management: can coach and provide tools for freelancers to independently produce high-quality, on-brief content Analytic ability and proactive problem-solving: can identify process flaws before, during and after they've happened, and create effective solutions Editing and close reading skills: can edit to client briefs with impeccable attention to detail and analyse language to distil tone of voice principles Tactful communication and business nous: can balance understanding of clients' requirements with understanding of Quill's commercial requirements, and create solutions that satisfy both needs Leadership: can engender positive working relationships with and among freelancers to create stable, productive teams Efficiency: can prioritise and create leverage to deliver maximum impact for time spent Analytic ability and proactive problem-solving: as above
