I will need someone to build a custom wintopay payment gateway for IPS Community Suite. Wintopay is a private payment solutions. Github have an open source reference on how to build a custom payment gateway application for a private payment solution. The payment solution will also be sending a technical support that will assist the developer on this project. I already have access the merchants account ready. I need this done fast.
