My name is Laurie Lopez from the Philippines. I have the experience working in the financial services industry as an accountant and a Big-4 auditor. I am quite adept at handling and very familiar with tax returns, bank account statements, credit card bills, automobile loan documents, insurance policies. At the same time, I also have experience dealing with customers as I used to work as an offshore collections agent for an Australian childcare company. I am a great multi-tasker who makes the most of Google Calendar to schedule and organize my work; but at the same time, would be willing to learn new apps such as Asana and Toggl.
I work in a secluded area in a separate room so there is no external noise disturbance. I am using Logitech Noise cancelling headset to assure utmost noise reduction. I am using Windows 10 Desktop PC with 4gb ram that is connected with 5mpbs internet.
