This is a slightly bigger project, as there are about 14,000 contacts total, but the work itself is pretty simple. We need the contact lists re-formatted in the following way: Company Name, Address (Street Address, City, State, Zipcode) Contact First Name, Contact Last Name, Contact’s Job Title, email address, and Company Phone Number. You should have most of the information already in the spreadsheet, the only thing that might be missing is the Job Title. The workbook is divided by industry (Architects, Developers, General Contractors, and Mechanical Contractors) and then broken up by project name, and some of the projects may not have information for every industry. If there is no company listed, you can just delete that line entirely and keep going. If there is a company name but no contact information, please try to find an appropriate contact and add their information to the spreadsheet.
