Craigslist Scrape and email for sale sections..

We have been contacting sellers of iphones, and certain jewelry items, and seem to have hit our max contact rates with our resources. So I am looking for the scraping, and emailing of Craigslist in the for sale section. Filters would be keyword, pricing, owner\/dealer (We only want owner), and date (Some people we want to contact same day, some we contact later on). Obviously we need to be able to choose the locations. If you can only scrape, we can email a lot more, so please send a price per 1,000. Best case, you can scrape, and inbox with emails. We can supply catchall email addresses, or buy gmail addresses if that helps (You should know why lots of emails are needed). I am not looking for manual data finding, and emailing ... looking for software options that can truly be scaled into very large numbers (100,000+\/day). Thanks!
