Customers are the most important part of a business. They are our "bread and butter" and without them, we would not have jobs. They should be treated with the upmost respect.
In order to give world class, 5 star, top notch service I add something which cannot be bought or measured with money. That is sincerity and integrity.
I have a flair for not only communicating with people... but more like connecting with them.
The key qualifications that I possess which make me a strong and successful Customer Service Rep are patience, understanding, empathy, and the ability to be tactful, yet efficient. I am always sure to listen to the customer and hear what their issues or concerns are before attempting to address them.
As a customer service rep my job is not just to fix the customer's problem... it is also to restore the customer's confidence in the product and/or company.
I also believe in a quote that Winston Churchill said "Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference". I couldn't agree more.
