CSS/Browser Compatibility Expert Needed For Small Project

I need a CSS/browser compatibility expert for a small project that should take about 4 hours for an expert. I am looking for someone to complete this project right away. Here is an outline of what I need: 1. I need the site to work in all browsers (when I say site, I mean the [login to view URL] file, this is the only file that needs worked on). (I am doing all of my viewing in Firefox (except when I specify otherwise), so keep in mind when I am making points below, that's where I see what I see and just need it to work the same in all browsers). This is an EXTREMELY important aspect of the project. I need this to look and work the same in all major browsers, in all versions of those browsers that can view the java script and CSS properly. 2. On the home and contact buttons at the top of the page, to the right of the logo, I need them to be right aligned via the CSS. 3. On the menu images (sires, broodmares, etc), the spacing on these is being a little weird. On loading the page, there shouldn't be a space between sires and broodmares. Then when you put your mouse over one of them, it seems there is a space between whichever one you have your mouse over and the next to the right. There isn't supposed to be any spacing in-between them when first loaded, or when moused over. All should be side by side with no spacing in-between them. 4. On the flip me image, the second flip me link does not work in Firefox, just the first one, and it doesn't really work all that properly in IE either to tell you the truth. In IE the second image doesn't always display the second image, sometimes it clicks over, but then switches back to the first. So I just need the second fixed so it is clickable on both images and works in all browsers. 5. On the three images in the "Latest News" section, I copied the style used in the image flips so that they are rounded like the image flips, but Firefox just ignores it when applied to <img> elements, and in IE, the images are showing broken all together (they are also showing broken in Dreamweaver, which is weird, so I don't know if it's a style problem or not because they do show up in Firefox, just not rounded). I need a workaround done for that so it displays and works properly in all browsers/versions. So those four fixes and then just making sure it will work and look the same in all browsers and in all versions of those browsers that can view the java script and CSS properly. All pertinent files are attached. Please post your bid, and specify how long it will take you to complete the project.
