There is little description of how you want the concepts simulated. Are you able to provide more details of how you want the database concepts presented? I am very comfortable with database concepts. I can make a text-based program that lets you select concepts from a menu and be given a text example of what that SQL function does. Concepts can include SELECT, INSERT, DELETE, JOINS (INNER AND OUTER) and others that you are interested in.
