The project can be compiled on a linux machine successfully and the executable can be used with some data. I would now like to take it and use it as a dll in windows as part of another project. I know that I would no longer need the part of project that reads in data (the ‘Nifti’ images, which I think means I do not need the ’newimage’ library), but I am not sure what else I would need to do. You are not expected to carry out modifications to the code, nor do you need to compile the code yourself (it is reliant on libraries that haven’t been included). What is required is what you have been able to gather about the project from a quick initial look at the code and what next steps you might take.

Hi. I'm a programmer from Russia with strong skills in C++. I took a look at your code and didn't see any difficulties for me to compile it under Windows. I plan to use QtCreator as basic IDE. It's very convenient tool for creating dll's for Windows or so's (.so - shared object in Linux). I will also draw UML diagram which will help me imagine the project more thoroughly.
