State of Alabama Appelant brief for a settlement agreement based on the Appellee did not show up

I am in Alabama and I need an Appellant brief with case law references and Authorities outlining my reason for appeal. These are my arguments: Appellant argues that the divorce settlement agreement is a legally and binding contract with an end date. Appellant argues that the trial court errored when they did not enforce the 12-month expiration date on the divorce settlement agreement for both parties involved. Appellant argues that the Appellee forfeited the payment based on he did not act to show up to receive payment within the settlement agreement 12-month time frame. Appellant argues that the trial court should not have allowed the Appellee to collect after the expiration date of the contract/settlement agreement, which was March 16, 2023 Appellant argues that the trial court allowed the Appellee to preclude the Appellant in fulfilling their legal responsibility by agreeing to meet to receive payment, which is documented and then not appearing. The Appellant argues that the trial court did not address the execution of a quit claim deed which was supposed to be executed within the 12 months. Appellant argues that the trial court refused to allow the Appellant to present her case and evidence without interruption and intimidation by the Appellee. Appellant argues that the trail court refused to allow the Appellant to present the two (2) witnesses nor did the trial court allow them to testify during the trial without even hearing what evidence they had on the case.
