Have a tool that makes videos, would like the design area, which is made up of a panel, with bg image, and then picture box and transtextbox on top to all scale to fit up to the max resolution of the design area (1280 x 720) so when the user is maximizes and his screen res permits whole design area will be shown. As the tool creates videos its got to scale correctly otherwise what a user sees wont match the output. You are welcome to look at the code in TeamViewer, but until I believe you can do the job, I can't let you loose on the code on your own machine. I am hoping this should be relatively straight forward.
