C++ GUI Integration for Richtext Editor/Filesel

As I'm aiming to improve my application's functionality, Using Ultimate++ ([login to view URL]) I’m currently seeking a highly skilled C++ developer to incorporate a rich text editor and Filesel together, so they work cohesively. Work is needed to be performed as quickly as possible. Filesel should work fully including all its features including (MkDir and DirUp), not limited to, "MkDir should add another field to the popup box to choose the location where new directory should be created. Should open files in the texteditor and save files from text editor to the FileSel. Should work like DockingExample2 in reference examples (all the features of the example).
