Building a .NET core c# web application. Looking for a full stack dev.

Do not bid unless you have read this entire summary. We’re building a web application that lets people browse different types of products. The website has a front-end that performs a variety of functions, such as listing products and providing product details for users to search and download and leave reviews. This site is an html/css/angular/.net core c#/sql application. The backend will be a Restful API, built to read/write/update data in a SQL database and perform other logical tasks. The application consists of about 13 Angular components, that are thoroughly documented and outlined how they behave, and what data they utilize. Only a few are currently built but more are done each day by a separate developer. You will likely work with this dev some. What is needed An experienced full stack c#/.net core developer with experience building restful APIs and front ends in Angular. I have very detailed requirements about specifics about what data is stored, length, etc. Deliverables: I expect this is about 40-60 hours of work. I don’t have a strict deadline but I would like to keep this contained. I also have additional work after this that I would like to keep the same developer on. Setup an application server I will provide an instance on Digital Ocean, or you can deploy to Heroku. Take existing API code and create Github repo Automate Github to build Develop 4-8 endpoints (documented) to service front-end requirements A database is needed to store various data. This is pretty well documented as to what is needed. Ensure data model works with requirements and mockups.
