Client Server based Projects in C,C++

I am very proficient in c, c++. I have 15 years c++ developing experience now, and I have worked for 5 years. My work is online game developing, and mainly focus on server side, the lauguage is c++ under linux. We are a group of experienced engineers with different backgrounds (telecommunications, electronics and systems) with experience in technologies like C/C++/C#/Java/Linux/Scripting, who work for a telecommunications company. Hello, I am an experienced C++ developer in both C++98 and C++11 standard and am working on projects such as e-invoices delivery system between banks to clients. I am also a CMake project contributor and am a regular user of boost C++ libraries. In CMake I have written common build system for most of the programs for one company (75+ programs). I am also a cross platform developer (Linux, AIX and Windows). I know that I am bidding over the project budget but such things tend to take time and from the provided description it is possible that I am over or underestimating the extent of this project so please provide some further information and bare in mind that my assumptions below are based on scarce information. I would suggest using C++11 with Boost ASIO library for code, CMake for build system, CTest for software tests and CPack for installer (if required by the project). Could you please provide me with additional information such as: - what type of data will be transferred, - what are the use cases for this application, - platforms on which the software should work (we would also have to specify compilers for each platform as to guarantee that C++ code subset used will be supported by all the compilers to prevent reimplementation of parts of the program later on as that tends to increase the price and duration of the project).
